Twilight Sparkle has determined that the owl she rescued last week does, in fact, have a spell on it. So the human might have been crazy, but he wasn't lying. Finding out how long the spell will last, and how to cut it short... that's proving to be much more difficult.
To that end, Twilight has once again returned to Milliways, and has her muzzle buried in a massive tome almost as big as the table, while she takes copious notes on a roll of parchment paper.
Feel free to read over her shoulder, but good luck trying to puzzle out what she's doing. The book is written in Old Equestrian, and Twilight's penmareship is atrocious.

At this point he hasn't even noticed her horn yet as he's stuck on purple horse reading.

Maybe she's not always a unicorn and needs help turning back.

Even if she seems to be a talking unicorn who's purple, "So you're normally a talkin' horse?"

What she might notice is the smell however. And we'll say this much, the good Tyler is currently covered in, is certainly fragrant, and getting stronger as it dries.

"...is that you??"

It's enough to make bathing in the Lake seem tempting.

She closes her eyes and concentrates. Her horn flares with purple light, and an aura of that same light sweeps over Tyler.

Well, Tyler is going to hold still, and closes his eyes as the light sweeps over him. However, right after the light fades out and the grey goo vanishes in a flash of the same light...
...heeee's on the floor and passed out.

That was not supposed to happen.
"Tyler!" She's at his side in an instant, frantically shaking his shoulders with her hooves. "Are you okay?? Talk to me--"

And a girl in Hufflepuff robes... is, er, staring at her. She was going to retrieve her intrusive owl, but it's much more important now to stare at the unicorn.

At some point, he looks up briefly. And then doesn't look back down, because he's staring at Twilight. She's not very much like anything he's encountered, although...
The next time she looks up, he asks, "Would your name happen to be Fleet?"

Not that such would have surprised him greatly; when you encounter mages among animate trees and lumps of rock, the animal ones don't seem all that odd.
