Karkat has been working on something. When the bar's T Minus users log on next, they will receive a message from the server. It says:
CURRENT carcinoGeneticist [CCG] has invited you to join private transtimeline bulletin board MAGICAL MYSTERY BAR VIRTUAL BULLETIN BOARD
Those who accept the invitation will be taken to a new screen, containing a numbered list of all the memos on the board.
Currently, there is only one.
Whether you accept the invitation or not, the memo panel is now a permanent addition to the interface.
