If you haven't seen Joan in the bar in a while, it's probably because she's hardly ever there. But she's there now, and she's sitting at a table attempting to take apart one of those singing novelty fish that were popular in the 90s. This one happens to be dressed up as a pirate.
Taking the batteries out wasn't good enough, she'd much prefer to use a screwdriver, duct tape, and a Swiss Army Knife on it instead. Anything to keep it from singing again.
