The door opens, untouched, and through it runs...
well, she's a toddler of some sort, though whether she's human isn't quite so clear. It's not just the green hair; it's the general way she looks as if she's made of painted wood, for all that she's running like any other child.
"Look-look-zura!"
WOW, says her wide-eyed face, as she stops abruptly to stare around the room.
"Another room-zura!"
The teenage boy who follows after her is certainly human. "Hold on, Uzura," says Fakir, "and wait for me."
[OOC: Two muns, two pups!]

Fakir glances behind himself and Uzura to check that the door is still there. (It is.) He hurries to catch up with her. It's not that hard, since Fakir's more than twice her height.
"I don't want you to go too far away from me, all right?" he says.

"It's biiiiiiiiig-zura."
Uzura has lived for a very short time, and all of it within the walls of a single walled town. Milliways is new and exciting!
Many things are exciting, to Uzura.
no subject
"This is Milliways. I told you about it."
Fakir's voice is dry. Unlike Uzura, he doesn't find Milliways exciting.
"Be careful here. It's not always safe." Not that, you know, being a puppet in Gold Crown Town is a necessarily safe occupation either.

IT'S EXCITING. And there's a big pink thing out there too!
Her march is accompanied by enthusiastic (and loud) banging on the drum slung around her neck.

She has to stop the banging so she can use her hands to clamber up onto a chair, though. From there, the tabletop! Unless Fakir stops her.

(Especially as, if there's another earthquake, this fall will probably hurt his pride less.)
At the talking, he turns his head to watch. "Good day!" he calls to Uzura.

And marches over. (BANG BANG BANG BANG BANG goes her drum.)
"You're on the floor-zura," she informs him.
Fakir slouches against walls and flops in chairs and sighs gustily and complains at her for investigating everything, but he doesn't usually lie on the floor in the middle of the day.

"I'm sure he knows that," Fakir observes. To the ... young man? ... he says,
"I'm Fakir, and this is Uzura. She's good at pointing out things, especially when she shouldn't."
no subject
"Were you here for the ground-trembling?"
no subject
(First it says :D!!! for the compliment, though.)
"Legolas-zura!" she announces to Fakir, and the bar at large.
no subject
That would explain the crack in the ceiling and the debris scattered around the room, Fakir thinks.

She carefully looks around herself when she hears Uzura's voice, her obviously showing stomach not helping, and then looks up when she hears Fakir.
"Goodness, is that you Fakir?" she asks. "Quite the time to come back, isn't it?"
no subject
Fakir gestures at the toddler. He isn't quite smiling, but there's something like a smile in the way his eyes twinkle and the side of his mouth twitches.
"Let me introduce you to someone. Mia, this is Uzura. Uzura, this is my friend Mia."
no subject
:D!
Uzura is always happy to meet new people!
no subject
Mia then addresses Fakir with some concern.
"Some sort of significant mess. My friend Luna has been having dreams that are matching what's happening here and my uncle Rabastan made mention that it looked like this when there was some sort of apocalypse clock. I've been trying to stay out to keep safe but I found my way in here by accident."
no subject
Also, Fakir and Uzura are going back to Gold Crown Town as soon as they can get out of this conversation. (And as soon as Fakir can convince Uzura to leave this fascinating place!)
no subject
She's listening to this with deep and interested incomprehension, when she's not peering around the bar instead. It's so full of interesting things! And interesting people! And apparently apocalypse clocks, which also sound interesting.

He's sitting at a table and contemplating the door with a glass of whiskey, he should go back to Sherwood soon, "Aye, lass, can be beautiful."
no subject
Uzura heads his way, heralded by the banging of her drum.
no subject
"Beautiful," he says to the man at the table, "but it could use some cleaning."
After a moment of silence, Fakir adds,
"I'm Fakir, and this is Uzura."
no subject
Will's table is fairly clean as it's not underneath the crack, he doesn't want dust in his drink.
no subject
This loud announcement is probably more because Uzura likes the sound of her own voice than because she actually enjoys destruction. And, possibly, more than she's really parsed what they're talking about.
no subject
"You don't need to sound so cheerful about it, Uzura."
To Will, Fakir says, "You mean the whole place is--" (Fakir pauses to look for a word that Uzura might not recognize or repeat "--damaged?"
