Cy is thumbing through the course catalog from Hudson U - yes, they still print them as well putting such things online.  And while registration is months away, Cy's pretty eager to make his plans.  Though he wonders just how he'll get through all the really dull core classes that he's reading about.

That...doesn't look like a Cybertronian. But he doesn't look human, either. It's such a surprising sight that Wing actually comes to a stop right inside the door, staring.

Which is rude, but he can't help it.

Cy notices the robot in the back of his eye, and then turns to look. Nothing shocking about robots, as long as they aren't looking to pick a fight.

"Hey."

The last thing Wing would do is start a fight. Despite the three swords he's carrying, he's a pacifist.

"I-I'm sorry. For staring. I've never seen anyone from your world...apparently?"

"You mean Earth? Everyone here is from Earth." Well, almost everyone, at least.

"Where are you from?"

"You're from...Earth?" Ellen is from Earth, and most of the people he's talked to (he's not quite sure about Loki) but they do not look like this person.

"Forgive me, but you look...more like my kind."

A hesitation. He's not allowed to give out the location of Crystal City, but, he could bend the question well enough. "Cybertron is our home."

That sounds familiar. "That's where Bumblebee was from, I think.

"I'm a cyborg. Part robot. There aren't many people like me, though." Only a handful at his level of re-creation.
