See, the mun had a great idea for an EP, and then customers called.

So now Iris is here, playing with folding different shapes out of paper and doing a whole lot of nothing.

Because the mun is jealous. :(

Red hair and paper folding catches her attention as she looks up from the table where she was studying.

She tries to decide if it would be rude to go ask about it.

Iris doesn't see her.

She's concentrating on the flower she is attempting to spin together out of a couple green and yellow swatches of rice paper.

Ginny risks being rude as she walks over to her.

"Hello."

"Oh! Hello. Were you standing there a long while?"

"No, I was just watching you work with your paper I should be doing my homework."

She holds up her charms book.

"I had been looking for a distraction from my duties as well, but academia is an important pursuit."

She always did like the lady Athena.

Ginny nods.

"Yeah, I will do it I'm just supposed to be studying for a test but, I'm sure a little break doesn't hurt."

Don't tell Hermione she said that.

"Youre flower is pretty."

"Would you like it?"

Iris holds out the flower to the girl.

She smiles as she reaches out to take it.

"Thank you miss. I'm Ginny."

"I am called Iris."

And...she sounds like...

"You are from England?"

"Nice to meet you"

She puts the flower in her hair.

"Yes Ma'am I am. A small village."

Cato notices the paper shapes and smiles faintly. For those who may have been around for his entrance, the wounds have healed across his cheek although they are scarred.

He keeps his distance though and just watches as he eats his stew.

Iris is working on something akin to an origami box.

It's calming - easier than being at home for the moment, and more distracting than checking to see if she has any messages at the bar.

"That's pretty cool."

Cato manages to say, nodding at the box.

The word is relatively new to Iris, but Raven has clued her in somewhat.

"I am glad you like it - you make take it if you would like."

"Thank you."

He tentatively moves to take the box and has to be extra careful not to crush it.

"It's made of paper?"

"Yes. There is nothing like this in my world, so I like being able to use some of these here at Milliways."

"Yeah, I know the feeling. Well, we have paper but we can't use it for things like this. There isn't really enough time..."

Cato pauses and lets the box sit on his palm as he examines it.

Juliet hasn't seen Iris for awhile - she'd never quite imagined that the woman was into paper cutting.

"Nice swan," she offers.
