After speaking with Miss Barlow, Jane asks for some paper from Bar and settles down at a table.
She was going to write before finding Milliways and so she will write while she is here. Milliways is at the moment easier than home as her sister mourns and her mother frets with the name of Mr. Wisley rising more and more in conversation.
Later she will confront what she might need to do but for now, there is a scene she wishes to write.
