"Don't be silly, Link! You can't bring those Remlits in--huh?"
The teenage girl with bright yellow hair and rather prominent pointy ears stops in front of the doorway. The door closes behind her as she stares at her unfamiliar surroundings--and she jumps, startled, much like a certain childhood friend does whenever a door closes behind him.
"...Link...? Where...?"
She tugs the door open just far enough to confirm the view outside of it: Link still standing in front of the Bazaar with a small herd of Remlits. He seems rather preoccupied with that, so preoccupied that it seems cruel to pry his attention away from his kingdom to ask if he sees what she sees behind the door. All that aside, she wonders...he did say he got those flowers from a bar...
Zelda closes the door behind her, and cautiously makes her way into the bar.

"Howdy."
Her smile is warm and friendly, peeking out from under the shadow of her cowboy hat. She's leaning against the Bar, nursing an iced tea.
"You lookin' for someone in particular, Miss?"

She wanders over to Kate's spot on the bar, still a bit nervous. "Do you...know a boy named Link?"
no subject
"I don't think I've had the pleasure, yet. You meetin' him here?"

"You're new here, then? Welcome t'Milliways. First drink's free, an' — well, nothin' will prepare you for the oddness of the place, but it is mostly harmless."

"It's a pleasure t'meet you. I'm Miss Kate Barlow."
She offers Miss Zelda the seat next to her.
"Your friend's already told you all 'bout the place, then?"
no subject
"Not all about it. He told me its name and some of the things he's seen here, but he's not exactly the best when it comes to giving details."

She'll hear no remarks on her height from the five-foot-one-inch cowgirl. She, in fact, finds the swinging feet rather endearing.
"Well, anythin' you'd like t'know, jus' ask me. I've been comin' here four years now, an' help run the stables out back.
"Can I get y'somethin'?"

It's kind of overwhelming, trying to think of a drink she can get for free without it being a waste.

"This here's Miss Bar. She takes care of everythin', unless she's sleepin'. We got a couple bartenders who fill in durin' those times. Ask one'a them for a 'smoothie' sometime. Y'won't regret it."
Kate has a mild obsession.
"May I ask where you're from?"

What he's mostly doing, both before and after he notices her, is sniffing the air.

"Hi! Can you tell me where I am?"

Newbies are often prone to some degree of shock. Best to be safe. Though she's taking the fact of a green dude pretty well in stride.

For a newbie, she seems rather eager to learn--the way an archaeologist would seem on the verge of a new discovery.

"You're at the end of the universe," he informs her once she is safely seated. "The multiverse, really, all sorts of universes meet and end here. This place is called Milliways."

"Death" being implied.

Argh. Words.

Link didn't tell her about the dead people, what.

You're kind of imploding her mind, Enzo.
"--I guess I should tell you I already knew about this place. A friend of mine comes here. But he never told me about the spirits!"
Nobody ever warns her about the spirits!
