He's reading a (paper) copy of Stranger In a Strange Land with a thoughtful frown on his face.

Fury leans an elbow on the bar.

"Or maybe unlucky."

The look Darcy gives Fury is initially mildly terrified. He's kind of the guy all the scary people at work are scared of.

It moves to highly suspicious, after a couple moments.

"I'm pretty sure you're trolling me."

"I'll never tell, Ms. Lewis."

He pauses.

"And no one will ever believe you if you do."

Darcy side-eyes him.


And raises a slight toast to him with her almond soda, grudgingly amused. Gee, it's like they manufacture these people scary. At least Coulson comes by it honestly.
