It’s been an explosive day at Hogwarts.
Luna wanders into the bar accompanied by a trio of shocking pink Catherine wheels, a sparkling purple bat, a small flock of silver shooting stars, and a sparkler that is cheerfully writing Sod Off in midair of its own accord.
The Weasley twins have outdone themselves with their enchanted fireworks. It’s almost as if the castle itself is trying to emulate Dumbledore’s grand exit from Hogwarts the night before. Right out from under the noses of the Minister of Magic, the Grand Inquisitor, and two Aurors.
Umbridge is fit to be tied.
Luna stops and smiles beatifically up at the fireworks that are now zinging happily among the Milliways rafters.
Yes. It’s been a very good day indeed.
