Steve never played with Legos--they didn't come to the States until after he was a Capsicle. They do look like fun, though, and he's smiling as he moves through the bar, watching other people build things.

At the Bar herself, a vidscreen pops up. He reads the information with a widening grin, and decides, Sure, let's do something different for the holiday. It's kind of like wearing new clothes on Easter.

So, his choices are:

So cute and fluffy! Steve kind of likes being able to walk and talk, though, so he passes.

Some sort of ... robot thing?

Steve feels like he's missing a joke.

And then there's simply Restore to factory settings.

Huh.

Ever press a button just to see what it does?

Well, he can't say this was wholly unexpected.

Having witnessed the transformation Amanda laughs "I love this place." the asks, "Don't you want to stay that way for a bit? Could be interesting."

Steve looks down at himself. "I spent the first twenty-five years of my life like this, ma'am. A few days is plenty."

Waving off the misunderstanding, "I was referring to the stiff wooden looking thing." she doesn't know what a robot it yet. "It looked interesting."

Mostly Steve wonders how she saw it.

"Maybe next time," Steve says dryly and climbs into a bar stool.

Amanda creases her forehead for a brief moment, "Is there something wrong?"

"My clothes are too big," Steve says, hitching up his trousers. "Sorry, I'm forgetting my manners. Steve Rogers, Earth, 2013."

Amanda accepts his hand with a smile, "Amanda, Earth, 1635." then offers, "If that's the problem I could probably fix that."

"Oh, thanks, but I can get some stuff from the bar."

Amanda nods, "Okay." then thinking back to what he said earlier, "You mentioned you spent the first 25 years of your life like this, does that mean you have changed form before?..Was it in bar or back in your world?" she wonders if maybe he is a shape shifter.

"It was back in my world, with the help of some science."

"I will have to learn this science better." she states, "Based on what I have seen amazing things will come of it." she says with a bit of awe.

[OOC: Need to go slow-time until tomorrow night if you don't mind.]

"It can do some pretty amazing things," Steve understates.

[ooc: Sure.]

"I'm sure you can" she says sincerely, she's been around Milliways long enough to believe it. Then because she can't help but be curious, "Like what?"

"Go to the moon, for one thing."

"The moon! What's it like?" Oh how she loves traveling.

"According to the pictures I've seen, dark and mostly made of rocks and dust."

"So you can go to the moon but haven't?"she is a bit confused because she would love to go to the moon.

"People can. I haven't. It takes a lot of special training and it's very expensive. Not many people have gone."

"So then what do you do? Where do you go?" he doesn't strike her as the sit at home type.

"I fought in the war in Europe."

"I suppose it's to be expected there will be more war." she says with a bit of a sigh.

"Is it over then?...the war?"

"That one is." Wryly. "It seems like there's always another somewhere."

"Yes, mankind always seems to find one reason or another to fight." ... "But I suppose there is nothing to be done about it."

"Would you care for some tea?" Amanda asks turning to bar.

"No, thank you," Steve says. "I don't care for tea."

Amanda orders some tea for herself then asks, "Is there something that you would care for?"
