"--And you can't make me!"
Molly slams the door behind her, but as soon as she sees the bar it's as if her mood flips on a coin: she tosses her hair back and beams delightedly, eyes lighting up (with joy, not super-powers).
She bounces off to the bar for a drink... and pauses noticeably when she sees the outside through the door.
Still, she can explore what on earth caused that mess later - first things first, and milkshakes always come first.
Feel free to catch her either at the bar, or exploring the mess outdoors wide-eyed (and more than a little worried she knows what happened).
The narration would be grateful if you don't tell her that her older self helped to cause it, though.

Yes, Molly, Jaq heard that remark as you entered.

"Fighting with my sister. Where'd you get to? It's been, like, forever."
no subject
"Has it, though."
It's not been that long for Jaq!

Beat.
"Did the bar get stupid with time, again?"

She grins at him, regardless. "How're you doing, anyway?"
no subject
Which is a lot less like 'good' and a lot more like 'not minding too much'.
"The village is nearly empty. Everyone's going hunting for megathalariums. It's pretty dull."
no subject
"What's a mega- megalith-" Pause, and a frown of concentration. "Megathalarium?"

Her head snaps up; she'd been somewhere else, half in the fight with Nico and half ... wondering.
"Oh, yeah." Her foot picks out a furrow in the ground, running along it with her toe. "Yeah, it must've been pretty big, I guess."
And she has the worst idea she knows why.
no subject
"Why?"
no subject
"I'm totally fine."
To outsiders, she is always totally fine.
no subject
Yes, that may seem like it's from a disembodied voice, but then he drops down from the rafters and it's a totally embodied voice.
"Who can't make you what?"
no subject
She grins at him. "Hey, Robin."
no subject
"I'm not going anywhere."
no subject
"I had an argument with Nico."
Her eyes keep tracking back to the remaining damage she can see outside.
"So what've you been up to, anyway? It's been a while."
no subject
Robin's grin disappears as he watches Molly's attention flicker. Arguments with family, in his experience, aren't something you just dismiss with a shrug, but they're also something you never share with anyone else.
"Not a lot. Trying to learn dis^. You know anything about programming?"
no subject
She grins. "Not a thing - that's more Vic's sorta thing."
And maybe Gert's, but she's more into her books than computers.
"What's dis^? Is it, like, code, like html?"
She can't code, but she does pay attention.
no subject
It's only been a week or so for Robin since he first even found the bar. "It's a code, yeah. But it's not like HTML. It's what the - so, you know those chat devices Karkat gives out?"
