Happy Birthday Mr. Grimm

 Ben comes in today, back to his usual rocky self. It's his special day, well one of them, but he hasn't noticed yet as he's clutching his head in obvious pain. He'll see where he is soon and maybe Bar will even have something for what ails him.

[OOC: Nutty at work but I didn't want to miss Ben and Jack Kirby's birthday. Slows for now.]

"Ben?"

Guppy is peering at him. "You okay?"

"Wha'?" Ben says lowering his hand. He knows that voice. "Guppy? It's just a headache. Need some asprin or somethin'"

"Do you take the usual dose?" Guppy asks, gently guiding him to a chair.

"It's actually about three times the normal fer a guy my size...well, minus the rocks. My constitution is somethin' else."

Guppy gets him the aspirin, and sits down next to him.

"Migraine?"

"What's wrong?" A much smaller figure appears at his elbow, Gavroche looking up at him in concern.

"Huh?" Ben says, startled. He lowers his hand and blinks at the bar, then down at the voice. "Sorry, just a bad headache."

[street_sparrow]

"Get you an aspirin?" he offers, then considers. "Or something else? I don't know what's good for your people."

Yes, he's assuming Ben is an alien.

[ever_lovin]

"Nah, asprin's fine," the "alien" replies. He'll figure out the mistake eventually, once the pain stops. "Didn't think Milliways would be able ta grab me out in space but I guess I should'a known."

Yes, more fuel for the alien story.

[street_sparrow]

"Milliways can get you anywhere", Gavroche says with a grin, flagging down a rat to order the aspirin and water. "You were on a ship?"
