The best part of Milliways next to Bar is the library, Charles went and found a few good books and he's settled down by the fire.
He has cookies, something to read and his very own pot of tea.
Earlier he was reading outside until he got rained on, but it wasn't that much rain, his shirt is now wrinkled and has stains on it.
