*Billy's in the bar. He's been gone for a while and is completely oblivious to anything that's happened lately, including what happened to Charlie, seeing as he missed the notice on the bar. He is silently drinking a beer at the bar. He's in thought, but certainly wouldn't mind being taken out of it.*
