[OOM: Kaniehtí:io has always stood for herself.]
It was a quiet morning for Ratonhnhaké:ton. First there was breakfast, then Mother discussed with him what he overheard last night, then she let him loose to go play with his friends.
He does not seem to mind so much that the opening to his longhouse is now an entrance to Milliways.
At the Bar, he finds a package waiting for him. The sweets are tried and set aside for being a little too sweet, and the writing tools are used to scribble on a few pieces of paper before being set aside as well.
The stagecoach is what really holds his attention. He sets it carefully on a table before he grabs a stool to stand on and examine it from every possible angle. Right now, he's investigating and fiddling with the various joints and junctions that hold the horses to each other, the wheels, and the stagecoach.
If he's not careful, he might break something.

"Your people dress themselves funny."
He feels this is relevant.

His mother's had plenty of dresses and skirts and such, but nothing near that long or old-fashioned.
