There's a table to the side of the bar with a pile of papers on it, along with a couple textbooks.
Joshua and Valentine are animatedly talking over one of them.
"I really should do my homework, but I was teaching Ender this when I was about six."
"Claudia was six when I was teaching her algebra, but I know the feeling. Why don't you do something harder?"
"I'd like to, but my parents don't want to skip me, and I really don't want to draw attention to myself. Besides, since when is advanced math useful in politics?"
"Oh, challenge accepted, Valentine. Ever heard of Nate Silver?"
