Fairy Fixit is quite pleased with herself. This has been a productive day. Well, can she technically call it a day with all the temporal oddity going on in this place? She probably won't count it as a day.
The 20 inch blonde humanoid is sitting in a chair she built herself, customized to accommodate her wings, which itself is sitting on top of one of the bar's dining area tables. There is a small bowl of golden-brownish goop on the table besides her, and in front of her is her toolbox, open, and a few incisors from one of the sheep back home. She is currently working on one of the teeth with her tools but she does pause once in a while to eat some of the goop in the bowl with an appropriately sized spoon and have a look at the rest of the room.
There might be a curious set of eyes staring at her, after all.

He nods over to the fairy with a smile. "What ya working on?"

He comes over to show her, "Dragon." he explains. "Did some travelling in a friend's world and the pair of us ended up facing down a dragon. Thought I could do something with it." He's carving a dragon into the fang, wings wrapped around it as it dives.

She immediately realizes the possible silliness of the question. "The answer to that isn't very likely useful."
"There are numerous things that I could make with that tooth, but, then again, its not mine; it's yours. You very likely earned the right to do with what you wish," she comment with a grin.

"Thanks." He hands the cord at the top around his neck and tucks up under his shirt. "So what are you making with yours?"

"Sorry, I'm Jay." He holds out a hand to her.

She stands and goes in for the handshake but only with the slightest hesitation grabs his pinky and shakes it instead. She's got a nice firm grip, at least. "Tiny hands are too, but then those aren't uncommon where I am from," she jokes. "I am Fairy Fixit."
"Fixit if putting the Fairy in front of it sound odds to you."

He smiles and lets her shake as she likes. "Nice to meet you, Fixit. Whatever you'd prefer. So what do you do for a crust, Fixit?"

"That Marmite probably has a few living cells still in it that I might be able to work with, but that would be before I dumped a bunch of honey in it. It might be an unruly mix. Who would of thought beer brewing leftovers would be nutritious." She shakes her head at the thought, and laughs "Milliways."
As if Milliways was responsible for such a thing.

"If you're after living cells, have you tried yoghurt?"
no subject
"Hmm, the yoghurt I have experimented with back home has largely been bacterial instead of fungal. I don't know about the yoghurt here."
"So, do you work with circuitry as well?" she asks.
no subject
"To a degree but nothing magic, just straight mechanics." He searches his pockets to see what he's carrying. The palms the remote for his bike and pops it open. "I guess I work in hardware more than software." Inside are serial microprocessors covering remote activation, motion sensors and proximity sensors.

"Wait, I know why. Metal and the type of magic used planet-side don't mix well sometimes, and the type of metal that does is prohibitively expensive. I just haven't had the time to think of a way to suppress that sort of thing." She thinks...
"Well, I'll have time if I sneak off into here more often."
no subject
"I have a box full of scraps down in the garage if you need anything. There's no lack here if you need material."
no subject
"So, is fighting dragons something you do often, Jay?"
no subject
He laughs warmly. "Nope, it was my first time. I won't lie; it scared the shit out of me! The friend I was travelling with, his world is full of magic but light on firepower so I helped out where I could."

"I am not an alchemist or materials specialist so I can't help with that, though."

"I've get a bit of a lad set up going. I'm just having trouble getting a handle on the reinforced cell structure. I'll crack it eventually. It's a bit of a side project at the moment."
