Xander is sitting in at a table, hunched over slightly. He's kinda just staring off in thought, though without the whole thinking business involved.

"Angel. Hey."

He learned from talking to Anya, Faith, and Buffy that he's a bit behind the rest of the Buffy crew. He takes a seat, not really asking.

"I met another guy who was from Sunnydale though. I forget his name. Total asshole, really. I actually met him before I wound up here." He pauses. "Er, this time at least."
Did he meet Angel the last time he was here? Probably not, judging by the whole time question.

Xander glances up and smiles. "Howdy."

"Looks like you're doing some pretty deep thinking there." She sits next to him. "What about?"
no subject
Xander shrugs. "Nothing really." He thinks about that for a second. "Actually, that's pretty true too." He snorts.

"Fun. I'm Kitty."
no subject
"Xander." He offers a hand. "That's a pretty cool name; Kitty." He smirks.

She feels a little... hurt?

Is something the matter, sir? Are you all right?

Xander kicks a chair at the snake.
Usually his survival sense would tell him to, you know, run. But he's not really feeling like himself today.

Sir, really...you're going to cause damage and that will go on your tab and honestly, there's no reason for such actions. What seems to be the trouble? I know that some react differently to grief, but I've never heard of flinging chairs as a stage of mourning...
