When Noriko enters the bar today she's a little bleary-eyed from lack of great sleep, but she's coherent enough to recognize the changes for Cubefall--it's hard to miss the legos everywhere and the mechanics now making up the bar. When she's presented with her viewscreen and its customary text, she glances at the options for a moment before looking away, blinking.

Privately, she thinks the siberian white tiger option is a little obvious, but still cool. Unfortunately it isn't the one she hits. She's expecting feeling funny, but feeling taller she was not. She looks down, and--

"Whoa. Okay, no, I did not expect that. This."

"What did you actually mean to pick?" asks the large yellow teddy bear with the cultured British voice.

He's on a couch nearby, not looking really happy.

"Not ending up being a guy," she--he--chuckles, though in testing out the new motions, it's not wholly bad.

"There had been an animal. Tiger," he elaborates.

[witchfinder_general]

"This is less than tiger-like, I agree," the teddy bear says. "But less frightening as well."

[electro_kinetic]

"Tigers aren't frightening," she says, considering. "Just wild. Don't act like prey, they don't attack you."

[witchfinder_general]

"As soon as somebody does act like prey because they're frightened by the big tiger in the room, they become prey and are attacked," the teddy bear argues.

[electro_kinetic]

"That's hardly the tiger's problem, though is it?" she asks. "It's just doing what it knows to do. People are the ones that act stupid and start flailing."

[witchfinder_general]

"I think simply keeping a healthy distance is safest for all concerned," the teddy bear says.

[electro_kinetic]

"You're a stuffed bear. You would think that," she replies.

[witchfinder_general]

The teddy bear laughs. "What has that got to do with anything?"

[electro_kinetic]

"Dude, whoever you are you chose to be a teddy bear," she says. "How is this not obvious to you? You're probably not the kind of person that likes being a little scared or out of control."

[witchfinder_general]

"I was going to be a hawk, but my finger slipped," the teddy bear says, somewhat morosely.

[electro_kinetic]

"Uh huh," she says.

[witchfinder_general]

"You don't believe me?" the priest bear says, trying to sound offended.

[electro_kinetic]

"Nnnnnnot really, no," she says.

[witchfinder_general]

"You don't think there could be a middle-aged hawk speaking British English?" the teddy bear says, now barely able to hide his amusement.

[electro_kinetic]

"Yeah, I'm...thinking not."

She's not convinced about how well the guy currently occupying a teddy bear would fit a hawk.

[witchfinder_general]

"That is discrimination," the yellow teddy bear chuckles. "Prejudice against what a teddy bear has to be like."

[electro_kinetic]

"Seriously, man. Predjudice against teddy bears."

[witchfinder_general]

"You just exhibited it," the teddy bear says. "Because you think a person who turns into a teddy bear could never be a hawk."
