"So, are you two ready to reboot for Cubefall?"

"YEAH!"

"Let's see what we've got, then." He leads them to the Bar, and three windows pop up. Enzo scrutinizes his options while the girls ooh and ahh over theirs.

Then Mairi, hovering up to check out her uncle's choices, instructs him, "You be that."

"That one? You sure?" It looks rather familiar.

"Yeah! It matches!"

"Matches what?" He looks at their screens. Huh. It does at that. Come to think of it, he was on the other side of that pairing in a Game with Matrix once. "Okay, if you're sure..."



Three sprites are reconfigured into their system-level brethren.

There is a black gryphon in the main area of the bar, chucking small, broken objects made out of varying materials into the furnace to see what items pop out in return.

He is wearing jewelry, and lots of it. He is also not alone. Next to the furnace is a motley group, who seem to have appropriated quite a pile of the bar's cushions to sit on, and a selection of snacks and drinks.

Their area looks somewhat like a nest.

There's a female elf with pale hair (for now, she is going with her natural hair color) wearing Tudor Court Dress, a male elf with richly golden hair clad in blue and silver, and a kitsune youkai male with silver hair and nine tails, wearing what looks like a grey chinese outfit. The elves are also chucking things into the furnace; the kitsune is currently toying with a lute.

The items tossed into the furnace seem to be mostly made of wood, cloth (in the case of some of Rhoslyn's past-ruin clothes which have been reduced to scraps after all the materials which could be salvaged were salvaged), cheap metals like rusted iron, copper or tin, and (broken?) glass.

The sound of Enzo's voice is what catches the gryphon's attention. Its head rises from staring at the hypnotic flames, tilts slightly, owlishly, as he tries to place the sound.

It is familiar, though it seems to be somewhat... higher. And odd.

Turning his head, the gryphon waves a claw in welcome to the...

Waitaminute, are those robots? Where is Enzo?!

Oh, like he can talk.

"Hey," says the somewhat tinny-voiced robot. "Enzo Matrix here. Are you someone I know? It's hard to tell today."

He has to speak up a bit over the music emanating from him. It's not a song that anyone but a sprite is likely to know, but it does bear a certain resemblance to The Wheels on the Bus Go Round and Round.

"Zaknafein Do'Urden." Zak fights the urge to preen himself. No. Bad gryphon body. BAD. "Your voice went... strange, so I was confused. Who is the other uh.. robot?"

[keytyke]

The little jet that's been flying in circles around Enzo swoops in and transforms-

into a pair of legs?!

"I'm Mairi!"

"One of my nieces. Her cousin Ana's serenading us right now." He taps the tape compartment in his chest.

On cue, there is a giggle coming from within Enzo's vicinity.

Very within.

The music provides a little backdrop for the giggling.
