Minx hovers near the door, clearly waiting for someone. She seems a little nervous but in a good mood. She’s happy to be bothered while she waits, if nothing else but to keep her from fidgeting.

Charlie enters the main room, wearing his fedora, a nice blue polo shirt, and gray chinos. It takes just a moment to spot Minx.

"Hello there."

"Hi." She flutters, berating herself for sounding so skittish. "I'm glad you made it."

{ooc: sorry, mild cooking disaster. I can't be trusted in the kitchen!}

She's nervous. He didn't expect that. But that is not a bad thing, since he's just a bit nervous too.

"There was no way I would miss this. A chance to see a new place and a chance to spend some time with you. What could be better."

She ducks her head, hiding a smile. "I'm glad." She holds a hand out to him. "Are you ready?"

"Very much so. I even see a door." Which he's been able to do only a handful of times. The Bar approves.

"You can't see the door if you're not allowed to go though it?" She asks curiously, her hand resting on the handle. "Well, I'm glad you can see it now."

"That is how it works. It takes some getting used to." And it's weirder still when there is a door. If in a good way.
