The mariachi walks down the stairs looking oddly cheerful and relaxed. On his way to the bar, he happens to give the bulletin board a glance and notices a certain notice. He stops and rereads it. He'd only met Charlie once, but he seemed like a decent fellow. Silently, he crosses himself and continues on a good bit less cheerfully toward the bar.

ETA: And now, he's heading back upstairs because the mun's cold meds are kicking in.
