"Lots of stuff is weird." Fry says. "Like my bug getting big."

Hard to argue with that. "Your bug?"

[fry_sandhu]

"I found a bug when I saw the monster and I kept it in a jar and I called it Arthur-Pod. But then it got big and the jar exploded."

[a1enzo]

"Yeah, I'd call that pretty weird."

[fry_sandhu]

"But then Gene flicked him because he ran up his arm." Fry says. "And he ran away. I don't think he was a very good pet."

[a1enzo]

"It's better to have a pet who wants to be your pet. Then it's happy, and it'll be a better pet for you, too."

Minus chimes what is probably agreement.

[fry_sandhu]

"Dad said I shouldn't have taken it anyway because I didn't know what it was and it might have been a patron." Fry says.

[a1enzo]

"That's a very good point. Around here, you can't rule it out."

[fry_sandhu]

Fry thinks for a moment, then asks.

"If he was kidnapped, doesn't the note say how to get him back?"

[a1enzo]

"Yeah, but it's a really silly note. Like, it says to bring 'a thousand human moneys,' but humans have all kinds of money so that's not much help. I mean, a thousand pennies would count but they probably wouldn't think that was enough."

[fry_sandhu]

"Bring it where?" Fry asks. "Can't you just follow them when they get there?"

[a1enzo]

"Yeah, but I'd rather know as much in advance as possible."

[fry_sandhu]

"Well when do you have to bring it?"

[a1enzo]

"Christmas. It'd be nice to get him back before then, since, you know, he's Santa, but if the only way is to wait until then, I guess that's what we'll do."

[fry_sandhu]

"So they're not just stealing Santa, they want to steal Christmas?"

[a1enzo]

Enzo hadn't actually thought of it in that way before.

"They might! I'm not sure, but it would be a good reason to steal Santa. Then again, they might just be doing it because they think people would give a lot to get Santa back."

[fry_sandhu]

"But then wouldn't they do it before Christmas?" Fry says. "What's the point in giving him back after Christmas?"

[a1enzo]

"I don't know. You're probably right. I just don't want to rule anything out yet."

Whoever wrote that note might simply not make sense.
