Well, is Santa captain of a pirate ship?

Probably not. Shanty Claw is, but he's a werewolf. And the red-headed woman that approaches isn't dressed like a festive werewolf pirate. so no, she isn't dressed like any version of Santa Claus. Or Christmassy. She's just dressed like the sea captain. Mostly because that is what she is pretending to be now-a-days.

"Oh! Cider, perfect! Could I get 20 mugs?"

Possibly - after all, Santa is Santa - he can probably do anything he wants to do.

"Wow, twenty?" Juliet gets to work finding mugs and setting them along the bartop. "Are you treating the waitrats?" She's never seen anyone ask for so many at once.

"The waitrats?" she asks. "I suppose someone should, once in a while. No, there is actually a party going on outside and... I'll neeed something to carry all that drink in now that I think about it."
