Inside the bar: a burst of green smoke, the sound of jangling bells and shrill far-off pipes, a flicker in the lights, and an expanding burst of benign but rather ill-advised magic.
Outside by the lake, a voice may be heard to distinctly say, "Oh, for pity's sake."
(It is not the voice that usually belongs to the King of Dragons.)
A short while later, there's a sign on the board, in handwriting that's generally tidy except for how it looks as if two styles of penmanship were having a polite war over every letter. Kazul put a translation spell on it, but she also asked Bar to translate in case hers falls short for any of the stranger Milliways possibilities.
DON'T PANIC.
If you've found yourself unexpectedly in a different body, it's the fault of McGuffin's Unnecessarily Dramatic Body-Swap Spell. It's a temporary effect, which should wear off by itself in a few days.
No, I didn't enchant you. No, I don't know who did. But panicking won't do you any good and may cause you to discover inconvenient magical abilities in the body you've found yourself in, so you may as well try to enjoy the vacation from your usual self.
