That would be the woman in Starfleet reds who's just entered and approached Bar. The fact that she had to sidestep a gentleman seemingly intent on sniffing the kitchen door frame hasn't yet registered quite as much as it otherwise would have. You see, Bar's just given Sariel the local date.
"{I would say this is hard to believe, but--argh, Milliways...}"
The statement 'only in Milliways is one person's six months literally another's two weeks' isn't entirely accurate, but boy does it apply here.

He's wearing his SG1 uniform and is of course walking around with his hands in his pockets and looking rather rumpled. He sits down near Sariel and orders coffee.
