He utters a short laugh. "Oh, I am not worried about anything, as the sign on the pitcher was exactly what motivated me to have this, my first drink of the night," he says. "In fact, I am rather in need of a good sparkle."

Grinning, he takes a breath.

"Well! Here I go..."

And he swallows a hearty mouthful of the magic liquor.
