He takes in the idea that there are cities that do not exist in some realities, but does not truly understand. And puts it aside.

"Yes, that is America. A nation of noveau riche. Forever trying to make the rest of the world think it has been there for centuries. Not that I did not appreciate the aid and the soldiers when they were needed. But they are much different, and I do not envy you spending your time there."
