It's February. That means, if there's any chance of another County Fair later in the year, it's time to plant beans.
Fry understands the basics of crop rotation, so has made sure to move his patch around a little since last year. But otherwise he's doing as he did last year, wearing his Milliscouts Hoodie (always a good thing to wear for gardening) and measuring exactly where he wants to put each bean with a ruler. He measures the depth and then pushes it down into the soil, little root end downwards.
It gives him time to think. Someone poured water in his friend's book bag today. He thinks it's time to do some detectiving at school.
