[Sebastian finally starts his trip to Illyria]
It's good, Sebastian (or Roderigo, or Cesario) has decided, that Antonio came with him. Without him, he would have had to rely on good manners and hospitality to get by -- and while he is well-mannered, and the farmers on the road hospitable, the addition of a few coins has eased their way.
Still, Milliways is a welcome surprise, and he settles himself (still dressed in mourning black, though it's gathered its share of brown from dust and mud) at a bar stool.
"Whatever you wish," he says, and is presented with a bowl of beef panang. It's... orange. He pokes it with the included fork, gingerly.
[ooc: if your character knows Cesario (or Viola), please read Sebastian's profile :)]

Sebastian looks like someone he's seen around but he can't remember his name.

He shrugs, and tries it thoughtfully. Bar has kindly turned the spice level nearly all the way down, so there's only a brief moment of discomfort.
"It's good," he says as his face clears. He turns, and offers the fork to William. "Spiced strangely, but not offensively so."

Maybe he knows werewolves! Or maybe that was just the one town.

Because Sebastian definitely looks like a grownup.

Here it's important to note that Ellen once used this phrase to indicate a distinction of location, unaware that in Sebastian's time it's more of a 'between the realm of the fantastic and the realm of the real' type distinction. Ellen said she was from some new Philadelphia, which Stiles knew of, and William knows of Stiles' California -- it all holds.

He takes a moment to breathe, before answering: "Younger, now. Our ship was wrecked, some months ago, and only I survived."
"But -- yes, she was a reader," he adds, as quickly as he can, to ease any awkwardness. "I've heard there is a library here that is larger than any other."

This sounds familiar, maybe he has met Roderigo before, he knows he's met someone who lost family in a shipwreck.

"Mysteries?" Sebastian echoes, curious. "Mean you religious tales?"

Hal drapes himself familiarly onto the seat next to Viola (because clearly it's Viola) (or rather Cesario) and looks more than a little smug. "Back so soon?"
Yeah, she couldn't stay away from him. He knows how hard it can be.

"Was I to be gone long?" he asks, after a moment, though he's genial as well as quizzical.

(okay so maybe there weren't really somber looks and a long face, but that's just because viola was putting on a brave front)

How much has he forgotten?
"We recall it differently," he says, though he's a bit fuzzy about how their last conversation ended.

"Dost call me liar to my face? Wouldst slight mine honor?"
no subject
"It would be cruel, to do so to a man who's naught but shown himself a friend," he admits. "Wouldst call me cruel?"
no subject
No, seriously--he may have been smirking earlier, but he means it now. It's nice to have you back, Viola. "And how hast thou fared abroad? Well?"

also he feels awkward and bad for not remembering Hal]

That's odd.
"Hold a minute," he says quietly. "I must consider this."

He searches Viola's face and his own smile falters. Is it that illness come around again? He'd thought she had escaped with only a bad cold, not with the hallucinatory fever that had affected him; but maybe not. "Are you not come from service at the court?"
no subject
"Cesario, it's good to see you again. Have you been well?" ...In however long Milliways time has made it since they've seen each other?

Sebastian smiles at him, as glad to see a strange but friendly face as he can be in his somewhat somber mood. "I have -- my health has improved markedly, though the Bar yet plies me with foreign stews. And you?"

If Joly had met him in the months previous, it would be clear this is true -- however, he's not wholly well, and traveling by foot for the first time in months has exhausted him more than it would have when he was.

"Well, it's good to hear you're recovering, though I hope you're not pushing yourself. Here, let me introduce myself again, since a fever's as good as a year between meetings!" And then whoever "Cesario" really is here doesn't have to try to explain anything about it.
"I'm Joly, one of the doctors who works in the Infirmary." (almost a doctor, says a twinge of conscience. But the whole bit about not having quite made it to graduation just complicates most conversations, and he's been learning to gloss over it.)
He grins. "--So I'm going to be fussing at you professionally. You are still resting, aren't you? Have you had any fever in the last day and night?"

Thor's not in the greatest mood he's ever been in, to be sure. But he's feeling a lot more social than he was the first time that (he believes that) they met.
So, Sebastian is getting a friendly smile and a lordly nod of greeting from the extremely large, extremely shiny blond guy settling down on a barstool nearby.
"Miss Bar, mead, of your courtesy," he says with the hearty assurance of someone who assumes that courtesy will always be extended to him. And, to Sebastian: "Good day."

"It has been, my lord," Sebastian says. "Roderigo, latest of the coast near Illyria," he adds, gesturing to himself.

He super looks like Cesario, though. But twins are a thing, and IMDB flu is a thing, and AU selves are a thing, and people coming from different points in their own personal timelines are a thing, and Thor not entirely understanding the naming conventions of a culture is always a possible thing. For all he knows, this is Cesario who's also called Roderigo, or wants to be called Roderigo right now, or has Roderigo as a title, or something.
"Well met," he says, genially. "And I am Thor Odinson of Asgard, as perhaps thou knowest."
But perhaps not! Milliways holds many options. Thor's not bothered about it.
