The cherry blossoms are gone, until next year...
Some time in the dark of night, the last few blossoms fall from the greening cherry trees. And the trees themselves vanish.
Dawn breaks on a Milliways landscape restored to its former self. The trees, the fallen blossoms, and any pieces taken from them are gone. Only pictures and memories remain.
