Out back on the porch, there is an oni (okay, really a half or demi-oni) siting with a stack of origami papers and a wastebasket. If you watch for a moment, you'll see he's trying to fold the papers into shapes to maybe make something but so far, the paper keeps tearing.

The waste can is starting to get full, and he could likely use a distraction.
