Bartending
Bodhi spent all night getting ready for his first bar shift and he's a little nervous. Not just with drinks but with food too. He takes his time to write it all up, thankfully the Bar translates from Aurebesh.
He leans on the bar, waiting for someone to order a drink or something to eat.

But he had to come in and see everything at the start of Bodhi's shift!

He pours the beer into a chilled glass and serves up a bowl of the starchy little poppers, dusted lightly with salt.

He gestures to the napkin sitting on the counter. "The Bar said I could do this as often as I liked. I thought maybe once a month, so I have time to plan menus and cook. As it was I didn't have time to make the pickles and the eggs from scratch."

Pause.
"Not that I think we need to worry about that one much any more, but you know what I mean to say."

"Well, well, fancy seeing you here, darling," he greets him with a warm smile. "That's quite the menu you have up there."

"I might be inclined to say one of everything as I have never heard of anything on the menu, and I always mean to try something at least once."

The finely sliced pickle, egg, cheeses and some cracker-like biscuits go on one plate, with a couple of little bowls of the spice-coated nuts on the side. "This is the sort of snack food you'd find in almost any cantina in the mid or outer rim. Space-port food."
On the other plate he sets up the hot food - poppers are about a centimetre thick concave pods that fry up a lot like potato but are light green in colour and taste more like sweet potato. The baked peppers ooze with cheese and bread stuffing, the outer skin peeling off easily to show the dark purple colouring of the vegetables flesh.

"I think I'll try the mead, too, if you'll be so kind? I wonder how it compares to the mead from Earth."
no subject
He pours a cup of the mead. "I've never had Earth mead. This is from Riosa. The Riosan cloth dyers use to trade it with my grandmother for sand ginger."

He still drifts closer, his eyes caught by the mention of blood on the board.

"No. It's actually better if you can make it with more blood? Like, maybe, just blood?"
