Operation Goldilocks, as Adelle named it for reasons that are entirely unclear to Eden, is well into the planning stages back in Daybreak Town, so Eden's looking ahead to what comes after -- and in this case, that means he's spent the last thirty minutes meandering around the garage.
A little bit of wandering takes him to one corner of the garage, to a locked door behind a few boxes. All it takes is a tap of his keyblade to unlock it, and the door opens to reveal a workshop of sorts, with large tables, a few pieces of heavy equipment, and lots of boxes of parts, most of which seem to have come from robots of some description.
Catch him exploring the workshop, or back in the bar an hour or so later, sipping on a milkshake.

"Hoi, Eden! May the Force of others be with you!" Baze says, indulging in his ice cream with a long pull on a thick straw. "What have you been up to lately?"

"Wait, back up. A droid workshop here?" he says, lighting up with a grin. "Well, up you get, lazybones; show me."
He doesn't lay a hand on Eden to help him up like Baze would do with Chirrut, but the large man will if the boy looks like he wants the help... Or takes too long.
"What's this about stealing combat data? What good will that do?"
no subject
"I can input it into training robots to make them mimic the behaviour of Heartless. Ursus has the most extensive data in town, after all," he says. "And then everyone at Leopardos will have things to train against. Chirithy disapproves, but it's not like there's a rule against theft."
no subject
Baze whistles at the description of Eden's plans. "Well, that's fantastic. How do they collect this data?"
no subject
After all, people who like milkshakes are twenty percent more likely to steal Eden's.
"Their Chirithys record them, and then the data's disseminated to their Texts. Leopardos, Unicornis, and Vulpes all share data, but Ursus and Anguis keep theirs to themselves."
no subject
Baze does, so why wouldn't everyone else?
"Why don't Ursus and Anguis share their data? You'd think they'd know how to do that; most people learn how to share when they're children," he says, shaking his head. "Then again, they have all lost their memories... But that still doesn't explain it."

The larger man takes the elevator down to the garage. "Okay, so, where is this workshop of yours?"

A few minutes later a man appears, wiping grease of his hands, the drone perched on his shoulder. "Hello?"

He offers Eden a hand. "I'm Jay. I keep the workshop over there." He gestures back towards the lift.

He shakes Jay's hand, very enthusiastically, then jabs a thumb at himself. "I'm Eden!"
no subject
"Nice to meet you, Eden. Are you a techie?" He gestures to the roomful of stuff.
