Sabine Wren
Sabine comes in, spinning a blaster through various arcs like an Old West gunslinger. Things have changed back home and she thinks they're for the good.
Permanent crew. It's a idea she has to get used to it seems, despite not having anything permanent since Mandalore. Is it something she wants? Well, if how centered and secure she feels was anything to go by, then yes. She just never expected to be so casually welcomed, but then her crew (and yes, she was part of them now, for better or worse) always managed to surprise her.
Once she at Bar, a tankard of ne'tra gal is waiting for her, which she takes up with a nod. With her other hand she still spins her blaster in and out of her holster.
Everyone who becomes permanent crew gets to know.

"Looks like I'm permanent crew, if I want."

"Thanks. It's a good crew and we work well together."

She's enough of an extrovert that she believes having people around is important.

He pulls up the files he wanted and starts getting ready to transfer them to her.

"I hope it'll be helpful. Was pretty boring on our end." At least as far as she knows. What Hera and her friends made of it, Sabine has no idea or awareness on.

Once he has the surveillance information set, he hands her the data to transfer.

"That's always the challenge, keeping focus during the boring. Cause you never know when things might turn."

"Sabine?"

Is she about to get a dressing down for withholding intel?
"Hera!" she says with enthusiasm that's only slightly fake. "I didn't know you...came here."
Does Kanan know about Milliways? Zeb? Wait, have they been holding out on her? Granted, she wouldn't have believed them and her doors have been random.

"How long have you been coming here?"

She actually needs a moment to think about it. "It was a long time ago, not that long after we first met. We've never seen anyone else we know here before."
Hera shrugs. "But there's really no way of knowing for sure." Unless you happen to sit at the bar at the same time, that is.
"I'm not going to tell you to keep it a secret, but we always assumed no one would believe it if we tried. The moment you walk out of here, the whole thing feels more like a dream."
no subject
"Yeah. After the first time a door got me on board, I was tempted to talk with you about it, but I was still new and didn't want you guys thinking a was crazy or something."
"There is one guy here I'm pretty sure is from our universe. His name is Cassian and he operates Mid Rim," Sabine looks around to see if anyone is close enough to over hear, "I think he does job in our field or he's a smuggler. Either way, he's offer to trade things like specs on new Imperial tech that he comes across for any news of movement from the Outer Rim inward."
"We're being vague on personal details between each other just, in case."
"I think there are a few more people who aren't to keen on the Empire, but I haven't talked with them."
no subject
She glances away for a moment, tapping the bar top.
"We told him we're cargo-runners. I'm guessing you were vague about the rest of your crew?"
no subject
"No names, and no numbers. Haven't said the name of the ship or even what system...actually, I may have said near Lothal once. I'm not sure. So far he seems to respecting my anonymity, and keeps his details short also."
"We got started complaining about how hard it is to do business with the Empire's new rules and how much easier it is to not get their attention."
no subject
Hera lets out a breath. "It's an interesting place, but it's not particularly safe."
no subject
"Yeah. I wish I had thought of that when I first started coming here, but I did tone it down pretty quickly."
There might have been a graffiti incident, though no Imperials seemed to have noticed..

But Hera smiles. "Though it seems like most people here wouldn't know anything about our galaxy."

"That's true," she says, when she looks up again. "It's... unusual, in a lot of ways. But I think most of the other worlds here likely have problems of their own."
no subject
"A fair point. It is nice to see what it could be like for the galaxy some day though."
no subject
She looks down to the bar again, considering this. “I hadn’t thought that much about it before, but I’m just old enough to remember the galaxy before the Empire, and I can barely remember anything from before the Clone Wars. Soon we’ll have a generation that only knows the Empire.”
