After X gets back from Alana's world, she leaves a very large, suspiciously human-sized package wrapped in butcher paper for Hannibal. The accompanying note reads:

I thought you would want this. Do not feed yourself to people without telling them first. Here.

When Dr. Hannibal Lecter gets the package, he gets a large serving cart, puts the package on it and wheels it into the kitchen and opens it in a side scullery. Then, he closes it again, wheels it out, and asks the bar to add a large freezer to his room.

Then, he wheels the cart into the elevator -- which is the last anybody sees of the package.
