Danny had another bad night and is now outside in the cold trying to clear his head while doing a sun salutation. He'd likely love somedistraction company, but you might need to get his attention first.

What a strange thing to be doing. She is curious, but doesn't want to interrupt.

(The narration lies. He spares her a quick smile at some point before finishing.)
Once done, he opens his eyes and smiles again. "Good morning."

"It's very helpful if you've had bad sleep."

Rae is completely unfamiliar with yoga. She stretches and opens her blinds to let the sun in, in the mornings, but nothing as elaborate as that.
"Those stretches could help you wake up better if you haven't slept well?"

"What's a chakra?"

"We have seven chakras within us. They are like valves or gateways to channel our energies through out our bodies. Sometimes they can get clogged by things, sickness, negative thoughts or feelings, even bad food, but doing exercises like yoga or even just playing around can open up the clogs."
"Clogged chakras can lead to bad moods, low energy, or even sickness."
[ooc: Note, I am working with my limited knowledge of chakras and not researching on purpose cause Danny would've half listened and decided he understood. This is likely a half-assed or erroneous understanding of yoga and chakras.]

"Well, I hope not sleeping well didn't hurt any of your chakras," she offers, just in case. Well-wishes generally don't require full understanding. "Did the sun salutation help?"
(ooc: Nooooooo worries. :D)

And then he spots the other guy there, and feels a bit of a prat, since clearly nobody else can see the ghost.
