Logan is back in Milliways. Or, he never left.
Either way, he's out of the cells and in the main bar, sitting at a table with a hand of solitaire spread out before him.
His focus seems aimed at the cards, but he's very much aware of his surroundings, and who's coming and going.
Close to hand on the edge of the table sits a root beer float.
[ooc: Might be a bit slow at times, but open through the weekend.]

He's highly amused over the root beer float, and debates internally whether to tease Logan about it. Probably best not, Baze decides.
Still. Might be a good idea to hail him.
"Hoi, Logan! May the Force of others be with you. What are you playing?"
no subject
He inclines his head to accept that greeting, then turns over another card.
"Solitaire. Card game for one where you gotta match suits."
no subject
"All healed up from the fight? You heal really fast."
no subject
"S'a good time killer."
Another card is turned over.
"Yep. What about you?" His eyes flick up, and he studies Baze.

"Guppy fused the skin, and then I was sore for a week while the torn muscle healed underneath, but after that I was healed and all. I appreciate that you tried not to hit me."

"I know," he says, glancing down at his hands.
"Next time I'll call for backup and stay out of it."
no subject
"Yer not wearin' your badge anymore. You quit?"
no subject
"No, not precisely. The project I'm working on has a prohibition against blood, and one against violence, so I've asked X for a leave of absence."

"Is that a game for one?"
no subject
Meaning him playing a game for one isn't saying he's adverse to company. Otherwise he'd be elsewhere.
no subject
"I guess this shouldn't surprise me," she says, now looking up to him with a half-smile. "But those don't look like any cards I've ever seen."

She offers her hand. "My name's Hera."
no subject
"Logan."
Taking his hand back he lifts his glass and has a drink, giving an empty chair a nod. "Have a seat if you want."
no subject
"Are you waiting for something in particular?"

He's tall and dark and handsome. With dark eyes and a very bright smile. His stubble is carefully maintained and his tgree-piece suit is both expense and expertly fitted.
He sounds British.
He looks human.
He's neither.
no subject
He doesn't give his wariness away, though, his eyes merely flick up and he regards the man.
"It ain't bad." Not his drink of preference, but as he's being denied that, right now, the root beer isn't so bad.
no subject
"There's something about the creaminess, I find."
And then he reaches out a hand.
"Lucifer Morningstar. Hello."
no subject
"Not much of a sweet tooth, but the root beer does me alright."
no subject
A beat.
"Apart from those synthetic strawberry ones. They're a crime against taste."
He puts his glass down and looks at the cards.
"That looks promising so far," he remarks.
no subject
Looking over the card spread, he nods.
"Got a good deal." He flips another card and says, "So that your real name?"
Logan has a feeling that it is.
no subject
"The one and only. "
no subject
"Don't think yer the only one, but alright."
