Bonnie is busy in the kitchen, making a big batch of her soup for all the invalids.

Surely she has to be immune this year, after having had it so many times? She's not sure.

But in any case, people need nourishment. So she brings out the large pots of soup to the bar when they're ready.

Ragnar has his long hair pulled back, rugged up in a thick, cable knit jumper. "Thank you, ma'am. That smells amazing."

"Help yerself honey." Bonnie says. "Are you feelin' okay?"

"Less than pristine." Ragnar admits, with a little shrug. "I thought it was just a hangover from the festival but seems more like some going around."

"Festival?" Bonnie asks, offering him some croutons for his soup.

"Music festival in Sweden. I was just winding down after my last gig when I found myself here."

He smiles and accepts the croutons. "Thank you."

"Sounds like you needed a break, the bar's good like that." Bonnie says. "How's the weather in Sweden this time of year?"

"And a hot shower I didn't have to fight anyone for." He sighs.

"It's nice. It's been warmer than normal this year, high 20s. Enough that everyone strips down and dances in as little as they can. And the sun pretty much doesn't set so it's a 24 hour party. After five days, I'm very ready to go home and sleep for a week."

"Sounds like some of the biker trips I went on." Bonnie says. "When we were younger."

"You ride?" he asks curiously, eyeing her with new respect.

"I sure do." Bonnie says. "And build 'em."

Those look kinda heavy.

"You need a hand with that?"

Gabriel doesn't look like he has the flu, but he doesn't look a hundred percent either.

"That's mighty kind of you, thank you." Bonnie says.

She may be small, but she is mighty; but not one to refuse such a kind offer.

"Help yerself to a bowl, it'll lighten the load."

That is precisely the answer he wanted.

"What kinds did you make?" They smell delicious as he helps moves the pots out.

"This one's chicken soup, this one's vegetarian leek and potato." Bonnie says.

"Smells good."

He sets his pot on the bar.

"That all of them?"

"Fer now." Bonnie says. "I may make another pot a little later if there's many takers. Are you feelin' okay?"

He's a little amused by her question. Baze is going to have competition looking after him, it seems.

"In a bit of pain but that's before I came in. Appreciate the soup offer." He starts looking for a bowl.

"Seems to be somethin' goin' around." Bonnie says. "You got to keep a close eye out, you can get all sortsa weird diseases here."

"Think the pamphlet mentioned that. Guess it's not too surprising considering all the people that come here."

Hah, bowl. Now silverware: he needs a spoon and a ladle.

Bonnie provides him with both.

"But mostly I just like to feed people." she laughs.

He raises an eyebrow at her.

"Couldn't tell," he says dryly, smirking a bit. "Thanks. Name's Gabriel, by the way."

"Bonnie Murdock." Bonnie grins and offers him a hand to shake. "Nice ter meet you."

He cocks his head at her as he firmly shakes her hand.

"From L.A.?"
