OOM: Very interesting
Gaster is working on last-minute calculations for the accelerator when he feels something he hasn't felt in some time.
Pain.
It shoots through him, forcing him to the floor.
His mind races. He doesn't have a physical body, so the source can't be internal. There's no one but him in the workshop, so it's not external, either.
The only option left is...
Something is happening to spacetime. Back home.
Gaster glances at a door in the workshop.
He hasn't tried leaving Milliways - he isn't eager to go back to the void. But if whatever is happening can effect him...it can most likely effect other monsters. Including his sons.
Even if he can't do anything about it...he has to know.
Gaster reaches for the door. His hand can't touch the doorknob, but it opens for him anyway. He's only slightly surprised.
With a deep breath, Gaster steps inside. The door closes behind him.
(ooc: Undertale is getting a canon update with Deltarune! Gaster will be in his own universe until mun finishes playing it. Will we find out more about Gaster? Dunno! But I was planning to have him try visiting the void at some point. Don't worry, he'll be back!)
