 Khadgar actually comes in through the Door today, looking startled for a moment when he realizes he's in Milliways. The bar has never hijacked one of his doors before but the timing couldn't be better. He's bearing a large wooden chest and blinks over to Bar to rest it on her surface. 

"Wonderful to see you, Lady. Would you be able to deliver this to Bastion when they are next in? Do warn them it's a prototype and it may not even work, but we have to start somewhere!" He beams as the chest disappears. "Excellent, my thanks. Could I also trouble you for a warp burger?" A hamburger with distinctly greenish meat appears. "Wonderful." He takes a seat and pulls out a scroll to peruse while he eats.

The sounds of the beating wings of an insect of unusual size approach the bar. Fairy Fixit, knowing that the sound of her flight can make people nervous, makes her order to Bar before she gets in swatting range. "I am in the mood for rum-soaked mango, Ba..."

Something about Khadgar's appearance causes the two foot tall flying humanoid to hover and stare. "Oh, its you, Khadgar! I was wondering who the human with... you recently did that blinking thing, correct?"

"Fixit! Well met!" He grins, inclining his head in greeting. "I did, I had a heavy chest and was trying to save myself some effort. Did that disturb you?"

He never asked what exactly she could sense with her antennae.

"No, not at all. It is just that teleportation tends to leave," she considers which description to use, "aetheric threads on the person or thing being teleported and I am not used to seeing threads from short point-to-point hops attached to humans."

Fixit lands on top of Bar. "I temporarily forgot that I met a human here who can do that. How are you?" she greets.

"I have been well." Mostly. He kinda accidentally infected two worlds with slime lung but most everyone recovered so it's fine. The disease surely won't be used in the future by anyone as a vector to affect every known race with the Plague of Undeath.

"I was just catching up on reports from the Horde," he adds, tapping the scroll. "And you?"

"I am doing well; the world isn't in crisis, it has been amazingly normal for months, just busy."

The dish of mangos pops up on Bar's surface. "Are these roasted?" asks Fixit as if she wasn't expecting them to be prepared that way. She takes a knife and fork and slices off the end of a mango spear. "It is!" She exclaims. "That's good!"

After Fairy Fixit is done chewing, she asks, "Are the large chest and that report related?"

This is one of those translation errors again, isn't it. He's never seen mangoes that look like that. He gives them a curious look before turning his attention back to Fixit.

"They are not. The chest holds what will hopefully function as a translation device for a mechanical entity here, but it's only the first prototype." Hopefully future attempts will be slightly smaller.

"The scroll is an update on the Draenor conflict." He smiles apologetically. "The historians are still fighting over the official name."

A translation device might be interesting to poke at, but it is far from what she is usually interested in.

History and politics is even further away but still, she asks, "How long ago was this conflict? I was about to say that the spoils usually go to the victor, including naming rights, but maybe the resolution to this was ... ambiguous?"

She, ultimately, is a social creature from a social species. Maybe even bordering on eusocial, but not enough that politics can be ignored.

"Resolution pending," he replies with some dryness. "The conflict is ongoing, but they stopped handing out simple names after the Third War. That one was only twenty years ago, if I recall correctly. I was off planet at the time." He shrugs an apology.
