[oom: we have a rogue speedster]
When Cisco hustles into the bar he's a bit out of breath, but tries to act casual once he's through the door.
Looking around for any evidence of a wayward speedster, Cisco heads for the counter.
"Heyyyy, Bar," he greets, "Just wondering, have you, uh, maybe seen Barry around at all? No major reason, just kind of, y'know, checking in. That's all."
Clearly all is totally fine.

But he can hear what Cisco's saying to the Bar, so he has to say something as well, right? So he approaches, looking like he's seen better days: He's favouring one side, and still has some nasty bruises on his face, and plenty more visible on his shoulders where he got rammed into the wall.
"He was here a few days ago, kid. Left to go find Eddie," he says, gruffly. "Sorry. I tried to stop him leaving, and I failed."
Beat. Then, awkwardly: "That everything you need?"
no subject
"What-- he didn't-- that's not all from trying to corral him... is it?"
no subject
He means that, at least: Some bruises and a few busted ribs aren't important to him. But there's also a tinge of it doesn't matter because I don't matter to his tone, because maybe, maybe a few days of stewing over the stuff Barry said to him has taken its toll.
"He's not thinking straight. Guess you know that already."
no subject
"He's been whammied," he says to explain the situation. "Our rage meta got to him and now Barry's out of his skull and apparently going Charles Bronson on people."
Cisco frowns, looking at the door and back to Yamato. "It's only been a day in Central City though, I'm guessing Milliways time shenanigans are at play. But seriously, are you alright?"
no subject
Being asked if he's alright does prompt a spike of irritation that he can't quite ignore, though.
"I'm fine, kid, I can take a punch, I'm not completely -- ..." He stops that particular growled response before he can finish that sentence with useless without my powers and gives Cisco an apologetic look. When he talks again, his tone is a lot gentler: "I'm fine. Worry about curing Barry, okay? Before he does something he regrets."
no subject
"I'm pretty sure he already has," Cisco says, looking Yamato up and down. Cisco can't exactly apologize for Barry, but his expression tries to anyways.
"But we're working on it. Even called in some backup."
no subject
Then again, Yamato can't even quantify what exactly it is he means, so expecting Cisco to have any clue at all might, he reflects, be completely insane and unreasonable.
"Good," he says, turning his head to avoid Cisco's eyes again. "I know you can do it."

So when Cisco comes rushing in, it's alarming just from being sudden and without warning.
"Is everything all right?" she asks from nearby.
She's dressed a little more... decently than the last time they saw one another.
no subject
"Oh, you." Did he get her name? Cisco wracks his brain trying to recall it, but gets tied up in thinking about how things went last time and worrying about setting her off again and Wilford. Where's Wilford?
All of it on top of the current crisis make Cisco anxious and he nods too quickly and lies, "Totally alright. Everything."
no subject
"Are you sure?" she asks. And because she is not a frantic mess right now, she can cut through the awkwardness a little more easily. "Sorry, I don't think I got your name last time we met. I'm Celine."
She doesn't know where Wilford is. They've both kind of been... not exactly avoiding one another, but definitely enjoying their personal space.
no subject
"I-- um, what-- I... " He's too stressed out to try and pass off another lie, so he just gives in and says, "I'm in the middle of a crisis situation right now and looking for a friend. But otherwise things are cool."
He gives a smile that's mostly jangled nerves and belatedly adds, "Oh, right. I'm Cisco."
no subject
Yeah, that sounds like it could definitely be a crisis situation.
"Is the missing friend the crisis, or separate?"
Missing people aren't the sort of thing she can generally help with, unless they're dead, unfortunately.
no subject
Barry being the crisis is pretty damn accurate, but Cisco would feel a little guilty saying so.
"Let's just say it involves him. You wouldn't happen to know Barry Allen, would you? Or maybe have seen a very angry red streak tearing around this place?"

Boo bounces up to Cisco and tilts her head at him for a second before brightening.
"Hi!!"
To make sure he gets the full effect, she waves cheerfully.
Operation: Cheer Up The Sad Floor Sitting Man is underway.
no subject
It seems like a good plan.
Until a little girl suddenly rolls up on him and he jumps.
"WOAH, hey, where'd you come from?"
no subject
She sits down on the floor near him, babbling in Toddler.
If he could understand her, he'd know that she's talking about how grown ups usually sit in chairs instead of the floor, but being on the floor is better cause there's so much room on the floor, and you can lay down or color on the floor. And also that cookies are good if you're sad.
But, sadly, most of this is in indecipherable Toddler.

"Just what are you-- " wait... "Wait! What are you doing here? This place is a death trap, where are your parents?!"
no subject
She frowns slightly at the mention of parents.
"I Big Gurl!" she says defiantly. The "and I don't need parents" is implied.
no subject
"I'm telling you now kid, if the chupacabra rolls through here I can totally outrun you and will."

Cisco looks very worried.

"What? Nothing. Why? Have you seen him?"

Naturally he's relieved that Cassian hasn't run afoul of he potentially raging speedster.
The disappointing part is, if Barry's not here, than where the hell is he?
