The time has come, the Walrus said, and that's all we need for him to say right now. Tess is so very tired, though she's up to just enough to sneak into the Bar and post a note.

The one left specifically for Jim Moriarty has a note attached to it that reads:"This once only."
That done, she heads back to her world and the tiny new life that needs her.

He tucks the picture away into his inventory, and makes some quick arrangements with the Bar. Flowers for mom, and a floppy stuffed toy for the baby. He's not sure when she'll get them, but they're there for the next time she comes in.
