A porg meets thumbs

There is a man walking around and just picking things up or staring at his hands wiggling his fingers back and forth.

All the time muttering, "Huh" or "Oooh".

He doesn't seem to acknowledge things like personal space and has a fancy for shiny objects.

AKA Puffy got turned into a person for Cubefall. The Bar had offered him choices of being a human, a LEGO porg and a Vulpix. He got offered choices because he's a slightly smarter than an average animal and can understand Some Things.

Now he can understand quite a few more things.

And he's got THUMBS.

By the Force he's got... did that cup just move by itself towards his hand... :O

"I wasn't finished with that," Wilson complains without looking up from his tiny model of a science machine as his mostly-empty coffee mug gets lifted away.

"But... Fingers!" Puffy said. "And shiny!"

That... does not sound like the response of somebody well-meaningly yet overbearingly trying to clean up after him. (The mug has "#∞ Bar" written on it in gold paint. The lettering is quite shiny.) It's weird enough to get Wilson to pull his attention away from his construction toys, and stare bewilderedly into the face of the unfamiliar man holding his mug.

"Hello. Can I have my coffee back?" He awkwardly waves.
