"I, uh, actually wouldn't mind getting old, someday. I've never wanted to be 'forever young', or whatever. I dunno. Reaction to the vampire-overload maybe. I guess."

"Crotchy grandpa Warren..." She laughs, shaking her head. "I can picture it now. You out on the porch in your overalls, rocking on a rocking chair."

"Overalls?" Warren scoffs. "Porch?"

He snickers and pulls her closer.

"And what would you wear?"

"Me? A godawful house dress and bunny slippers." She giggles, rubbing her nose against his. "I love that you can talk to me about this and not be all freaked out."

"How godawful would this dress be?" He asks, as though this might have an effect on something.

"Bright orange with use blue flowers." She nods firmly, trying to keep her face serious.

He eyes her.

"Are we talking mumu here?"

"Yes but I didn't think you'd know that word." She snorts a little, choking back laughter.

He smirks at her.

"Are you going to let yourself go?"

"Oh come on baby, you're marrying an alien princess with special powers. I don't have to wrinkle or anything if I don't want to."

Warren holds up his hands placatingly.

"Just asking.

Because I'm gonna."

"When you're sleeping I'll steal your wrinkles." She laughs, kissing him. "And you'll get your nose hairs trimmed."

"Will not," he insists. "The second you say 'I do', I'll go completely to pot."

She laughs. "I know. And it turns me on."

She shakes her head, kissing him. "So you gonna give me a baby if we get married."

He nips playfully at her earlobe.

"I know. It's going to be so sexy. I'm going to have a huge gut."

He sobers for a moment.

"Yeah. I'll get you one. I'll find a way."

And it might be best, knowing Warren, not to ask how. Because it'll probably be some sort of crime against nature.

"K. I wanna be pregnant though. So you have to make it work that way." She says honestly, looking him in the eyes.

He nods. Then surpresses a snicker.

"What?" She looks at him, smiling. "You've got that 'I want to laugh' face."

"Well it's always about you," he says. "What about my needs? What if I wanted to be pregnant?"

He's not serious.

"Nope. I'll divorce you if you lose that gorgeous girlish figure of yours."

He folds his arms.

"I thought we already established that I'm getting totally fat. Because I am."

She laughs, kissing him. "And I will help you to do so by making you wonderful dinners. But you'll run around and play with our kids and stay in shape."

He smirks. Because stay in shape...

"You just completely contradicted yourself."

"How do I contradict myself?"

She looks at him, trying to be intimidating but not really.

"If you have to ask," he tells her, maturely, "you'll never know."
