"T, dear, we have got to find a better way to get here."
She shoves the bright red hood of her coat down as she enters the bar, and shakes out red hair even while she looks over her shoulder at the other Faerie.
"Really. Its just too damn cold to come up your mountain every time I want a drink."

She still looks damned smug about it, though.

She pouts, and tosses her hair back. Then she pokes Taelia in the side.

The other Faerie's coat comes off as well, and she stretches her wings out with a low groan of pleasure. They are too delicate to let outside of her coat in the snow.

Taelia motions over to the bar, and heads over, looking around the room proper. "Hmmm"
no subject
She laughs, and turns her attention to the poor, mutilated Aisha down-thread.

"Ooo. Who's the pretty little Aisha? T, this Aisha only has two ears."
no subject
"And brighter eyes than Illusen. She'd be quite jealous."
no subject
No, no prejudice here.

She shrugs, and glances down at the kitty;
"Doesn't talk as much as the Aisha tend to. You've never heard a group so eager to argue about wandering around volcanos."

"Aw... Look at it this way. This one seems smart enough to not be wandering around volcanos, and past the 'keep out' signs." Taelia grins.
"Isn't that right?" To the

She reaches out and rubs her fingers under the
Aisha'skitty's chin. Her skin is hot to the touch, like someone warming their fingers in front of a fire."I wonder if he's deaf, though. None of the kids from home could be silent this long."

Aishacat purrs loudly, a low rumble in his throat. The vibrations from it can be felt easiliy. His fur is soft and silky, white a fresh-fallen snow.**Admittedly, Yrael has no idea what an Aisha is, despite the five-minute-done icon of him as one, but he is starting to get annoyed at the red-haired Faerie. He is not deaf, thank you very much.*
*Quick as a not'cat, he bats a claw at the fingers rubbing his chin.*
no subject
"And no collar, see?"
no subject
"Fuck! Kid, daaamn."
And flames dance over the scratches. When they stop, the hand is healed.
"Huh. You're right. I wonder if he's not an Aisha at all."
no subject
*Sadly, the not'cat cannot help his curiosity.*
What is an Aisha?

She shrugs, and pushes her hair back over her shoulders with a snort.

*to the Fire Faerie, with only the slightest bit of sarcasm in his voice* If I only have two ears, and am not, as you say, a 'fucking chatter box', why did it take you so long to figure out I was not one?
no subject
Smooth as ice. Oh, she's not amused at the sake of her friend At All.
no subject
She shrugs, and really doesn't care about the sarcasm. She wouldn't dish it if she couldn't take it.

I am neither Aisha nor Kougra. I am Yrael, the Eighth Bright Shiner.

no subject
No, no morphing potion. And I am not exactly a shapeshifter. More like a shape-wearer.
no subject
And like it was said, too bad the other faerie had to run off and powder her nose.
Taelia blinks, and then grins. "Now that, is truely something. A shape-wearer? What's all underneath?"
no subject
*softly* You would not thank me if I showed you, though those of my friends who have seen Me say I am at my most beautiful when I am merely in my true shape.
no subject
With a grin, Taelia keeps skritching behind Yrael's ear.
no subject
I only wish to save you from unnecessary pain. For most, my true shape is too bright to bear. They go blind. Brighter than the noonday sun, by a far cry. That is why I settle with merely wearing shapes all the time.
no subject
"Do you drink, in these shapes of yours?" Taelia eyes the bar, then grins back at him.
no subject
*But then he is back again, medium height, looking to be around 22 years of age.*
*he smirks* I drink, yes.
no subject
Taelia takes a seat at the bar. "A cup of borovan if you please, deary. And something for Yrael, if you'd be so kind?"
no subject
*his eyes shine in amusement at Taelia, then flicker to the bar as a pale drink appears, an Atomic Cat.* Ah, the Bar knows me too well.
*He runs a pale hand along the bar's surface.* Thank you, my friend. *he raises the drink to Taelia.* And thank you.
*he sips.*
no subject
She eyes her (non-alcoholic) borovan ruefully, then chuckles, and raises her cup. "Oh well. Cheers."

(ooc: Can we just let it fade out here? I need to get to bed. I have to be up in....6.5 hours.)
no subject
"Clear blue skies and crisp nights." She nods, sipping her drink.
