There's an Ace in the bar. Long time, no see.
She's curled up next to the fireplace, the soccer-ball blanket wrapped around her. Oh, and a mug of cocoa sitting beside her. She's missed the cocoa. She still looks a bit too pale, a bit off, but she's back.

Amazingly. They should taste like cocoa, given how much of the stuff she drinks. Once she has to come up for air she curls up against him instead of the fireplace, because despite all logic to the contrary, he's warmer.

*Of course he is. It's maaaaaagic.*

So...uhm..hoe lon were you gone?

Ace has to think about it for a while. TARDIS-style timekeeping, and all that.
"A month, give or take a few days. I think. I kinda lost track somewhere in the middle there." she admits, frowning at her faulty memory.

Ouch.

Get into lots of adventures and near death situations?

"You better believe it." She's grinning now. Tim may officially call himself a miracle-worker. "Blew up a robot army. It was so beautiful. Oh!" She turns hopeful eyes on Tim. He should be afraid, very afraid.
"Can I have a sledgehammer for my birthday?" She asks, cheerily. Fear, Tim.

*He thinks*

And do you want it to make things explode on contact?

"June." ~~And the mun flails at the BBC for not giving her a canonical birthday~~ "And just a good, old-fashioned, knock things to bloody kingdom come sledgehammer." She grins wickedly.

*Tim pouts.*

Awww.... no magic hammers? Sigh. Guess the nuke will have to be enough.

Ace stares at him, wide-eyed.
"Tim... I'm a pyro. Not suicidal. What nuke?" Plastic explosives, like her nitro or C4, she's good with. Old-fashioned explosives like dynomite, she's good with. Nuclear weapons... she prefers on other planets. Very pretty explosions, but too risky for throwing, really.

It's only a small one, for very special circumstances....

*Tim is worried he messed up.*

Little boom. Much power.

Ace stares some more.
"Little one? Like Hiroshima little one?" She wouldn't say Tim messed up. A little over the top, yes. Messed up for thinking of her? Certainly not.

No, uhm.... it's a thermo-nuclear hand grenade.

*Someone gave Tim access to a high technology society. Bad someone.*

Ace stares.
"Wow." Because really? What else is there to say to that?

*Tim grins and kisses her again. See how much he loves her?*

Ace most certainly won't complain about the kisses. She does rather hope she can figure out how to disable the grenade, however, before Bernard finds out and tries to kill her.

*Death by envy? Quite possibly.*

Hey, Raph got confined to the bar, and he works here. Ace has no such buffer.

*But Raphs was ticking. This one is useable.*

Anyways.Sledge Hammer, right, any other implements of destructiveness? Maybe an explosion shield, or mayhap a ring of atmosphere?

Ace blinks, blankly.
"A who?" Not nice, Tim, springing unknown destructive forces on the recovering pyro.
