(no subject)

An unfamiliar figure stepped through the door, and it was clear from her posture that she tensed the moment she realized that she had not arrived at her intended location. She was a rather small, lithe little thing, but it was clear by her build that she was no idle girl. Instead, her muscles contributed to her lean figure that stood out in her form fitting black shirt and pants.

Blinking, the black-haired girl warily observed her surroundings. This was definitely not her training area. The door had already closed behind her. This, indeed, was a mystery. And although solving a mystery wasn't her area of expertise, she decided to explore a bit to determine her location.

Stepping carefully, she peered around, trying to disguise her obvious curiosity.

( Mun will be leaving for bed at 11PM, so expect slowtime then. )

Kon raises an eyebrow. "What? Why wouldn't I know it?" If his brain worked as fast as Tim's or Bart's, he'd realize quickly that she's obviously from a different time... but it's going to take him a little longer. He just doesn't ponder the mysteries of Milliways like that.

And now it hits him. Okay, so maybe the bar -did- have it out for him. Because one of the most incredibly cool female vigilantes is in the bar... yet she doesn't know anything about him yet.

Stupid. Weird. Bar. Time.

"...I've heard about you." Kon finally says, not wanting to go the Bart route about this.

"...Yeah. Yeah. He seems kinda fond of you." Kon just hopes Tim wouldn't mind the lie. And that she won't ask him about it, because there's really no way to tell the past Robin to stick to the script.

Heh. "Very nice." Not that he would tell her how much he agreed on that point.

"So do you know where you are?" Had she been here before?

"Score ten points for the Batgirl." Kon grins. "But do you know what Milliways -is-?"

"A weird bar. You better remember that, or it'll turn you insane quick." Like with Bart. Oh lord, Bart.

"Like meeting people from your own future or past."

[identity profile] mini-supes.livejournal.com 2005-03-17 03:24 am (UTC)(link)
"Yeah, I don't know how it's possible either." Kon sighs. "But, after a few rounds of meeting one of my best friends when he knew stuff about my future, I got used to it."

[identity profile] mini-supes.livejournal.com 2005-03-17 03:33 am (UTC)(link)
"Yeah, I know. It's kinda weird. But you get used to it." Kon shrugs. "Somehow, it becomes normal."

[identity profile] mini-supes.livejournal.com 2005-03-17 03:38 am (UTC)(link)
"Not good? Why?" Kon raises an eyebrow. "Is there something you don't want people to find out?"

A shot in the dark.

[identity profile] mini-supes.livejournal.com 2005-03-17 03:43 am (UTC)(link)
"Well..." Kon says finally. "If someone tries to reveal the stuff you don't want anyone to know, just tell me, and I'll kick their ass."

Which was just a stupid suggestion, considering who she was. But hey.

"No problem." And he'd won a smile from Batgirl. -Score-.
