Svava is very, very resolutely acting as if nothing were out of the ordinary. That has served her well when visiting other worlds and trying to fit in. And this being Milliways, certainly there have people people around who've worn... outfits such as this, right? Right.

So, in red and black perfectly fitting space-agey type armor created by the laws of anime physics, the Valkyrie makes her way over to the bar. Acting as if nothing is out of the ordinary at all. Whee.

Hot chocolate with liquor is ordered.

Svava winces slightly. "... I'm just hoping people just think... 'This is Milliways, people wear odd things and its normal'. .... Gods." She sighs.

"Well..." Ace gives the armor a critical look. "It might look normal... if you weren't trying so hard to make it look normal. I mean, it just has to be worn, not obsessed over. Obsessing just attracts attention." Sage advice from the gal who wears a bomber jacket covered in patches and pins all the time.

"I'm trying to act as if its normal." Svava mutters. "Like everything is. That usually works well when you're trying to not stare at cars for the first time when walking down the street."

"Nonononono... don't act like it's normal. Just... don't act about it at all. Forget you're wearing it. If you don't think about it, other people won't have much of an excuse to, now will they?" The sad thing is, this makes sense to Ace.

"I am trying, honest." Svava nods, and then rolls her eyes. "Perhaps I shouldn't have let Meg talk me into it."

"Meg?" She frowns. Yet another person she doesn't know. "Who's Meg, and why did she think this was appropriate?"

"Meg is a ballerina, from Paris." With an amused look. That doesn't explain the half of it.

"And this was better than what she had originally suggested."

"Ballerina?" Ace looks thoughtful. How many ballerinas can there be in the bar? "She doesn't happen to be the one with the gun?"

"Oh!" Svava laughs at herself, and nods. "Yes, the ballerina with the gun. She was there when all those monsters attacked after the man, though the front door."
